Ethical Milking

Curd Culturing
Fresh A2 milk is set into curd overnight using traditional starter cultures, the way it has always been done.
Bilona Churning
The curd is slow-churned with a wooden bilona to separate pure golden butter — a labour of love, not machinery.
Slow Simmering
Butter is simmered on a low flame in clay pots until pure liquid gold remains — clarified to perfection.
